Local runner, climber, and yoga teacher Penny is holding a special Skyline Scotland yoga session on Sunday morning. In Penny’s own words this is, “Chilled out yoga to ease aches and pains, and help post-race recovery. Your body will thank you for it.”
- Designed specifically for mountain runners to help ease post-race aches and pains - ideal for those who have competed in the previous day’s racing!
- The class is suitable for beginners to yoga, and non-competitors are very welcome.
- Wear loose comfortable warm clothes that you can move in. Normal practice is bare feet.
